Next Gen empowers young people (Years 5 – 12) to lead for the benefit of others, with measurable results through:

Partnering with Stand Tall, Next Gen has created an exclusive 10-Week experience designed to help your students develop leadership skills and enhance their personal well-being.

By focusing on their well-being and personal, leadership development, we resource you to equip students with the skills and mindset needed to lead confidently and effectively throughout their lives.

Developed to be utilised in schools, these sessions are designed to align with the NSW Personal Development, Health and Physical Education 7–10 with the focus of Safe, Active and Healthy Lifestyle Choices., Respectful Relationships and Identity , Belonging and Change.

How Does It Work?

Next Gen material is designed for three purposes

  1. Grab and Go Programs
  2. Library of Resources
  3. Event Toolkit for workshops, camps, seminars and conferences.

Grab and Go Programs – Year-round leadership content for classrooms and groups, aligned with the Australian curriculum.

Library of Resources – Flexible leadership content (videos, activities, talk sheets) to enhance any program.

Event Toolkit – A guide for planning, promoting, and running leadership events, empowering students to lead as they learn.

With GLS Next Gen You Can:

  • Build your leadership program with our coaches.
  • Access 150+ leadership talks, worksheets, and 60+ activities for any event or classroom.
  • Achieve social action outcomes with dynamic group activities and challenges.
  • Use our Event Toolkit with programs, run sheets, slides, posters, scripts, and more.

Important Information for Schools

  • Topics and themes can be selected age appropriately from Years 5-12.
  • Next Gen Content has been aligned with the Australian Curriculum HPE V9 within the “Social and Community Health” Content Strand.
